Good quality socialisation of your puppy without over-facing him is essential and quite possibly the most important thing you will ever do with your dog. The window for early socialisation is small and it can be so easy to overlook giving your new puppy fabulous experiences with everything you have to consider – all sorts of environments, people, dogs and other animals, weird and wonderful objects, vehicles, being handled, going to the vet…..the list is endless and the combinations infinite. Then there is house training, appropriate things to chew training, being alone training and manners type training to consider. This can all seem overwhelming to new puppy owners, or worse new owners may be completely unaware that any of this is necessary!
